This has got to be one of my all-time favorite deviations ever.

This is.. beyond words. Its immaculate, amazing, what an opportunity, what a shot.

This reminds me of my most loved nights, the nights in which the moon is full, casting its glow over everything, seaming to capture life itself in its dark grasp, making the darkness last an eternity, and capturing us within it.

Also reminds me of halloween, all hallows eve, after the festivals, when the spirits rise, twisting and knarling everything so familiar to us, making gloom more shadowy than before, yet entrancing us to follow it forever, no matter how far, deep, or dark it becomes...

Amazing. Thank you. The memories this brings are worth the praise alone.

For me -- it reminds me of this girl... She loved trees. and I well....
Now everytime I see a tree I think of her.
I long await the day when a tree doesn't remind me of her. I'd be free.

For the first couple of shots i was focusing on the moon. and then I realized that the better shot was with the tree branches. So i switched focus et voila!

This is amazing! I have tried to take photos of moon several times but no.. Those pics never turn out like this

Sometimes they remind us of things we would rather forget because we are to learn or know something in ourselves (about them) before we are allowed to forget.

But I know what you mean. I have many songs on my PC I cant listen to without memories (id rather forget) come flooding back to me.

Your most welcome. Sometimes we have a purpose to our photos, with our own meaning in them, as artists, but I think its even greater when that art carries meanings we did not intend, meanings that others find themselves, it seams to touch life itself, rather than just those who view it, when such things happen.

yeah-- its a long exposure (4 seconds ) and its also on a 300mm lens.
